Where can I take a product training class?
Product training is available in numerous locations, please visit our facilities page to see specific locations. Please note that different classes are available at different facilities.
How do I find a product training class?
By looking at the All Courses listing.By creating an account on the Education site you will have access to all
available product training, including pricing and the ability to register for classes.
How do I register for a class?
In order to register for a class you will first need to Create an Account.
What are the course catalogs?
The course catalog details Global product training to include a brief description
of each class, cost/location and delivery method. We produce two different course catalogs:
Business Integration Suite
Selling & Fulfillment Suite
How do I bypass pre-reqs that I don't need?

I want to create an account to register. Can I do so without a company ID?
The company ID is not a mandatory field; by entering your company name only
you can continue the registration process
Why can I not see the pricing information?
You need to Create an Account to see this detail for a specific course. However, you can see our overall pricing here.
What does CBT/WBT mean when I enroll?
CBT (customer based training) and WBT (web-based training) are forms of self-paced tutorials.
How do I know if the registration is successful?
Once you Create an Account and register into the course you will receive an confirmation to the email address you used for your account.
