    Certificates of Proficiency

    To ensure that customers are prepared to fulfill a particular user role with Sterling Commerce products we've instituted Certificate of Proficiency Programs across all of our product families. These programs identify the sequence of courses that are necessary for a customer to gain proficiency in a specific role for a specified product.


    Note that when you register for a Certificate of Proficiency program, you enjoy a 15% discount off the price of the individual courses (no other discounts apply).
